Welcome to Fish Sorting Master. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game provided by Ningbo Panhu Technology Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to play this game. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the game.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), or hacks to gain an advantage.
Exploit the game for any commercial purpose.
3. In-App Purchases (IAP)
Virtual Goods: The game may include virtual currency or items. These are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payments: All purchases are managed through the Apple App Store. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your Apple ID.
Refunds: Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support according to their refund policy.
4. Advertising (IAA)
The game is supported by third-party advertisements. By playing, you acknowledge that we may display ads. While we strive to ensure a high-quality experience, we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products offered therein.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the game, including but not limited to graphics, music, character designs (fish species), and "Fish Sorting Master" branding, are the exclusive property of Ningbo Panhu Technology Co., Ltd. ### 6. Disclaimer of Warranties The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ningbo Panhu Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the game.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the game at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ningbo.
